Health Coaching

No person is the same. We all have different needs and health issues. This is an individualized program that helps you learn how to self-care while having support.

When I work with clients there are three main things that I focus on:

  1. Setting them up for success by helping them get the nutrients they need to help them feel their best.
  2. Getting to the bottom of what is draining their energy with functional lab testing so they can get their joy back.
  3. Personalizing a road map so they can always have a handle on their life.

My support will be guiding you through this process. There are five areas we work on: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplements. The program includes one-on-one coaching with a trained professional. The different functional medical tests done assess your body’s needs so that your vital reserves can be coached up. Those HIDDEN® stresses reveal areas that are not always looked for on regular tests.  This program can be done from the comforts of you home through video conference or over the phone.
